Dear Students, Teachers, and Parents,

I love to hear from you before your group arrives about how I can help you eat better during your visit to Poko. Hearing your concerns and questions in advance helps me prepare the best meals I can for everyone in the group. I welcome both emails and phone calls. Please be patient if you don’t hear back from me right away – when groups are here I frequently work 12 hour days with only short breaks! I will respond as soon as possible.

I also appreciate hearing from you after your group leaves with any feedback you have for me. I am constantly striving to improve every aspect of the foodservice program and welcome knowing what worked and what didn’t for your group.
