Camp MacCready’s winterized buildings serve as the starting point for all Outdoor Education adventures.
The 1812 Homestead sets the scene for our living history program, including a tour and two historical immersion evening activities.
Scenic Long Pond is available for open boating or longer rowboat, canoe, or kayak excursions.
Camp Pok-O-Moonshine’s lakeside location provides access to Long Pond for boating, fishing, and pond ecology.
Our outdoor classrooms include facilities for rock-climbing, team-building, sensory exploration, and out first-rate low ropes course.
The four Pok-o-Patch mountains offer spectacular views only a short walk or drive from the Center.
Ultimately, our most important facility is the adjacent Adirondack High Peaks Area, available for day-long or even overnight treks.
