Join American Mountain Guide Association (AMGA) certified instructor Mark Scott in this class that will help beginner climbers to become more comfortable tying in, belaying, rapelling and accomplishing other basic movement skills essential for rock climbing.

Join Michelle, certified Kripalu Yoga instructor, from Lake Champlain Yoga Arts as she teaches a yoga class that will focus on strengthening and stretching the shoulders, arms and legs. The Yoga class is only $10 and if you sign up before February 12th you’ll get half price climbing and half price rentals all that day at The Crux. Sign up before February 19th and get half price climbing. But no matter what, sign up! Space is limited, and remember to bring your own yoga mat if you can.
